The Wrong Gallery

Read more here:

If you ever visited the Wrong Gallery in New York, you might have been greeted by a blunt notice: "Fuck Off We're Closed". As it happens, the gallery, which launched in 2002 as the smallest exhibition space in New York, never actually opened. It was nothing more than an expensive-looking glass door, identical to those of the Chelsea white cubes it satirised.

Meeting 1/30/2012 minutes

Hey Guys!
We had a GREAT meeting last night; very productive! Here's a few important dates:

- We have a BLOG ... YAY!

- SIDESHOW:  a show for YOU, the ARTIST... dates are April 1-7th located on the 4th floor Great Wall! The Sideshow art show is for students to be able make any art that is not an assignment or that you made to do. Then enter it into the show and VOILA... it's on display!

- EXIT THROUGH THE GIFT SHOP:  movie showing; Monday February 13th at 7:00 in the Watercolor Room... with pizza hopefully!

- GRAD PANEL:  April 16th at 7:00 pm ... location tbd still.  Probably the Watercolor room but who knows... maybe we can get AJ 225!

That's all the important dates for now! Come out to the meetings and post any findings that are exciting or controversial possibly in the art world on this blog for us to see :) Keep checking your emails!
